Dr. Jeff McComb
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Jeff has received advanced training in spinal correction, toxicity, exercise and nutrition from some of the largest health clinics in the world. He has access to the latest scientifically based research and protocols in health and healing today and is one of only a few hundred doctors certified in the Five Essentials of MaxLiving.
At Essential Health Chiropractic in Eagan, MN we teach monthly workshops on fitness, nutrition, detoxification and other health-related topics that help families achieve their optimal health from within. Dr. Jeff’s mission is to transform families in his community to regain and maintain their health to fulfill their calling. He teaches programs to churches, and has worked with many local businesses to help them decrease sick time and injuries and create a healthy work environment.
When Dr. Jeff is not helping others get well he is spending time with his wife Sarah and two daughters, hanging out in front of his fish aquariums and traveling with his family.
Lexi
Massage Therapist/Exam Tech
Lexi is in the office working with patients on rehab exercises, performing exams, and is certified through AART to perform digital x-rays to track patient’s progress. While also being involved with chiropractic services, Lexi also is a certified massage therapist through Northwestern Health Sciences University. Massage therapy is a great supplement to chiropractic care and Lexi is available for appointments to help with your therapeutic bodywork needs. For more information, see our tab about !
Mirela
Front Desk Patient Coordinator
Mirela, attended North Dakota State University studying social work and human development. While working at EHC and getting adjusted, her seasonal allergies have almost completely disappeared, which has added to her passion of helping our patients reach their full health potential and helping them understand the 5 essentials of MaxLiving. When she’s not in the office, Mirela enjoys going on hikes with her German Shepherd (Gino), spending time with family and friends, and cooking new healthy meals!
